Customers or their designated recipients should be available to receive meals at the registered delivery location. Delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability may affect fulfilment.
 

5. Transfer of Unused Meals
 

Unused meals may be transferred to another person who can receive them at the same registered delivery location, subject to advance notification and the original subscription's validity period.

We make reasonable efforts to deliver meals according to the planned schedule. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Our team will communicate significant disruptions where possible.
