1. Cancellations
 

Once a subscription is purchased, cancellations are not permitted under our standard policy.
 

2. Refunds
 

Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable under our standard policy. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law.
 

3. Transfer of Unused Meals
 

Customers may transfer their unused meals to another person, provided the recipient can receive the meals at the same registered delivery location.

Please inform the My Diet Bites team in advance so we can coordinate the delivery.
 

4. Subscription Validity
 

Transferred meals must be used within the original subscription period. Unused meals do not extend the subscription validity.
